How long will my order take to arrive?
All our cases are made with care, and we aim to dispatch your order within 2–4 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on Royal Mail service times.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Of course! If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging. (Please note: personalised or custom items can’t be returned unless faulty.)
